I went for a haircut and was told it would be 20 minutes and they would give me appointment of 40 minutes later at 430pm.Well 430pm came and asked the girl behind the desk about it.She then told hair dressers that I had a appointment and the hairdresser responded to me that it would be additional 15-20 minute wait and no apology what so ever.It is pretty bad customer service when you tell someone 20 minutes and it turns out to be almost hour.I said forget it and went someone where else and had good service/haircut.

they welcomed me by name, offered me coffee or water, spent time with me on my consultation and my results were the best ever. i have tried many in the area, and there is no comparison. tiffany styling salon are top in their field.
